The heating system is guaranteed by radiators and lpg boiler and a biomass one; B&B’s bedrooms are air-conditioned and provided with television, internet and Wi-Fi. The electric system is adapted to standards. Doors are in wood, while windows and shutters have only a wood effect. The door at the entrance of the private apartment is reinforced.
