This outstanding property for sale is indoors an ancient palace situated in the main square of Monteleone of Fermo, an old village surrounded by hills. This palace was built partly in 1700 and partly in 1800 with the typical façade in bricks and it is called “Palazzo Lauri” from the surname of the family that has lived there for generations. The main entrance is on the square, instead the terrace, the garden and the secondary entrance of the basement room point to the east, towards the countryside.

The main bedroom has a durmast roof and it is characteristic for having on the bathroom’s wall two sinks and for its upholstered bed. The other bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub and the shower is plastered with Etruria tiles. There is a study with the typical ornaments of 50s. At the basement apartment there are a little tavern with vaulted roof in bricks and it works as TV area, a dining room, a bar and a bathroom. The basement apartment can be entered both through an indoor stairway or an external access. The sophisticated design of this building makes it full of charm which is thought only to be enjoyed.
Completely restored building with refined materials, durmast and resin floors; the top floor has been ramaked with 12 mm welded mesh, perimeter anchoring devices every 50 cm and lightened screed. The electrical system includes B-Ticino’s automations with a webserver which allows remote control; lighting system is a led one, except the one of the kitchen and that of the secondary bedroom. Satellite TV is available in kitchen, tavern, main and secondary bedroom; there are also Wi-Fi and Ethernet network, Voip phone system, video door-phone in both floors and intercommunication between them with the opportunity to open the door from the video.
